WANTED: Legendary Head Waiter (5–10 Years in the Fancy Pants Game)

Are you a master of the silver tray, boss of the banqueting hall, and whisperer to VIP guests? If you’ve spent the past 5–10 years schmoozing at fine-dining establishments, 5-star hotels, and majestic banqueting events—and can set a table so perfectly it basically thanks you—then WE WANT YOU!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support our serving team with confidence.
• Run VIP dinners, conferences, and fancy events like a pro.
• Always say “yes, happy to help!”—teamwork is key.
• Set and style tables beautifully, from centrepieces to silverware.
• Work any weekday (Monday–Friday), flexible and drama free schedule.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5–10 years’ experience in fine dining, 5? hotels, and grand banquets.
• Confidence in service, manners sharper than your crease, and quick on your feet.
• A positive “yes” attitude—eager, polite, and professional.
• Must be flexible—if the event needs you, you’ll be there (but we’ll always stick to weekdays!)
