Travel: Occasional travel to France (up to 2 weeks) - optional additional travel available

A superb opportunity has arisen for a switched on and dynamic Butler/All-Rounder to join a well established, international household in Kensington. This is a key support role within a structured and friendly team, working alongside a Housekeeper, Part-Time Chef, PA, Chief of Staff, and one other Butler/All-Rounder.

You will work across a beautifully maintained large apartment set over 4 floors. The gentleman is in residence for around 3 months of the year, while the lady resides in London for approximately 8–9 months annually. Two well loved family dogs are an important part of the household - a love of animals is essential.

The Role

A hands on, flexible position that includes all areas of high level service and general support, including:

• Front of house and guest service - both informal daily and elevated service during dinners/entertaining
• Daily driving - errands, airport runs, restaurant bookings, etc.
• Stock management - wine, bar, household supplies
• Dog care - walking, feeding, sitting when Principals are away (shared with the team)
• Errands and light household maintenance - AV, alarms, basic checks, lightbulbs, etc.
• Light meal preparation for the family
• Turn down service and general daily support
• Working collaboratively with the Chief of Staff and wider team to maintain household standards

The Ideal Candidate

You will be adaptable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about your role. A true team player with a discreet, informal yet professional demeanour and a good sense of humour. This position would suit someone from a yacht background, or with prior butler/houseman experience in private homes, who is looking to grow long term with an excellent household.
