Curator to become a valued part of our outstanding Guest Relations team at Pan
Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY
As
a Butler/Guest Experience Curator in our Guest Relations department, you will
play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every
guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every
interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will enjoy getting in
touch with our Top VIPs prior, during and post-stay to determine the best
personalized experience. You will be the main contact and have a strong contact
with all departments to ensure all requests can be met in a swift and efficient
manner. Nothing seems impossible as you strive to create an unforgettable
experience and exquisite service to our guests with an elegant and refined
Asian sensibility. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Deal with
top suite payers or top VIPs in the hotel.
·
Getting in
contact with guest after reservation is made to determine their preferences and
to anticipate their needs (obtain preferences for pillow, newspapers, dietary
requirement, organizing tours, errands, etc.).
·
Communicate
all guest preferences and feedback with the relevant departments.
·
Carry out
any guest errands on behalf of the guest.
