Foyle Food Group is one of the major Red Meat Processing Companies in the UK & Ireland, we are now recruiting for those looking to start a career within the red meat industry. This is a great opportunity to join a well established Food Processing Company in the UK and Ireland.

We are currently recruiting for experienced and semi experienced Butchers to work in the following areas:

Further Processing operations Beef Boning Halls Beef Slaughter Halls

Full information, training, guidance and protective gear and equipment will be provided to successful candidates. Across the Group we have many chances at the different sites

Working hours:

Beef Boning Hall – Working hours – 4 x 10 hour shifts Monday > Friday with a rotating day off each week – 4-day weekend every 5 weeks.

Working hours Monday > Friday 5 x 8-hour shifts Beef Slaughter Hall / Further Processing

Subsidised Canteens on some sites, Cycle to Work Scheme, Group Health & Wellbeing Program and Life Assurance free of charge for all staff following probation.

The Company maintains the right to widen the selection criteria to enable shortlisting.
