Butcher manager

We are looking for an assistant manager for our busy pork processing site based near Chelmsford.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the factory manager on day-to-day duties.
2. Supervision of 20 employees on a busy meat production line.
3. Small amount of administration/paperwork for goods in/out.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in the meat processing industry (some hands-on butchery skills).
2. Good level of English language.
3. Eligibility to work in the UK; no sponsorship.

Position Details:

Permanent position - all day shift work, Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 2.30pm.
