Job description

QUALIFIED BUTCHER – Enfield (Full time, Permanent)
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our customers operate in challenging marketplaces, so we continually develop and innovate to help ensure they stay ahead of the game.

About the role:
The butchery of meat in accordance with the company’s operating procedures.

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Butcher will include:

  1. Previous butchery experience, particularly in portion control steak cutting.
  2. Good knowledge of food hygiene; however, full training will be given.

Key responsibilities as a Butcher will include:

  1. To ensure that meat is prepared to the customers’ specification.
  2. To be fully aware of each individual customer specification, including the correct raw material and yield required.
  3. To ensure that Hygiene and Health & Safety practices are adhered to at all times.
