Job description

My job

We are looking for aspiring butchers to join our Butchery Academy here at Llanidloes.

By completing this programme, you will become a qualified Butcher who will be able to use these skills within the company.

Each apprentice will have a bespoke training plan and will complete a nationally recognised Level 2 Butchery apprenticeship with Cambrian Training Company. All learning will take place in the workplace, where the training provider and our experienced on-site team will support your development and ensure you acquire new skills.

After your apprenticeship, you can progress your career in Butchery, increasing your earning potential.

We offer ongoing development opportunities for motivated individuals. Many of our previous apprentices are now Team Leaders and Managers.
