Beef boning and cutting on table or conveyor lines, breaking down carcasses, and deboning to specification are core duties. Shifts are early-morning, with competitive rates based on experience and a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Beef boning and cutting experience required.
• Ability to work on table or conveyor line (Carni) with precision.
• Experience breaking down forequarters and hindquarters.
• Deboning to specification and trimming to standards.
• Experience with single pull systems is a plus.
• Produce high-quality primal cuts in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform beef boning and cutting to required specs.
• Work on table or conveyor line to produce primal cuts.
• Break down forequarters and hindquarters accurately.
• Debone beef to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Utilise single pull systems where applicable and efficient.
• Maintain high-quality standards and workplace hygiene.
• Support other production tasks as needed.

Beef Butchers Wanted - Up to £20.00 per Hour

360 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Beef Butchers on behalf of a new client based in Wales.

If you're an experienced butcher looking for a stable, full-time position with excellent earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Beef boning and cutting
• Working on a table or conveyor (Carni) line
• Breaking down forequarters and hindquarters
• Deboning beef to specification
• Using single pull systems (experience beneficial)
• Producing high-quality primal cuts
• Trimming to customer standards

We\'re looking for candidates with experience in:

• Beef boning
• Table boning
• Conveyor line boning
• Quartering and breaking down carcasses
• Skilled trimming
• Working in a fast-paced production environment

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Typical shifts: 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Some departments may start at 6:00am or 7:00am
• 1 hour unpaid break per day

Pay:

• £15.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
