Dunbia in Llanybydder, Wales seeks a reliable butcher with lamb butchery experience to join our team. You will bone out, break carcasses into primals, and perform deboning and trimming of shoulders, legs and loins while meeting production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Adhering to departmental SOPs and good manufacturing practices.
• Contributing to the team’s goals and department targets.

• Keeping your work area clean and organized at all times, following our ‘clean as you go’ policy.
• Promoting and maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
• Breaking carcasses down from whole to primals, and de-boning and trimming shoulders, legs and loins.

Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

Our ideal candidate would be willing and able to ensure all products are boned out to the highest standard which maximises yield whilst meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards. This will include breaking carcasses down from whole to primals, and de-boning and trimming shoulders, legs and loins. Other responsibilities include:
