Job summary

Dunbia Group in Treburley, near Launceston, Cornwall, is seeking skilled butchers, deboners and trimmers to join our team. You will debone and trim beef carcasses to customer specifications while maximizing yields. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 5:45am to 2:15pm.

Base rate £12.71 per hour with a throughput bonus that can lift the rate to £15.50 per hour for good attendance and performance. Candidates should have knife skills and work well in a fast-paced team with a focus on quality standards.

Job description

We are looking for skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers to join our team at Treburley near Launceston in Cornwall. The successful candidates will be required to undertake de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specification whilst ensuring maximum meat yield is achieved.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm. As a trimmer you will receive a base rate of £12.71 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £15.50 p/h.
