Job summary

Booker Group in Peacehaven is seeking a dedicated commercial butcher to deliver first-class customer service with expert product knowledge. You will cut, prep, and portion products while maintaining stock control and a clean, compliant workspace.

• Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills.
