Experienced Butcher Needed – Merthyr Tydfil


£12.40 to £16.64 per hour (depending on knife skills assessment) | Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Temporary to Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established food production company seeking experienced butchers with strong meat processing and slaughter experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in butchery, slaughter, or meat processing is essential
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
  • Able to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

  • Willing to complete a knife skills test during the recruitment process — pay rate will be determined based on performance
