Vanguard is seeking a specialist in Partnerships to develop and maintain a portfolio that creates value for both Vanguard and partner clients. You will collaborate with client coverage and enablement teams to shape offers and deploy features across Vanguard services.

You will act as a subject matter expert, leveraging knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services to strengthen partner relationships, and monitor portfolio health using key metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of client-facing, proposition development and/or strategy experience in financial services.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.

• Works with functional enablement teams to develop partner offer features across the full spectrum of services that Vanguard offers
• Works with client coverage teams to deploy partner offer features into arrangements with specific current or prospective partners
• Facilitates cross-team connections to address gaps in processes or services for partners that are not clearly owned by a single team
• Serves as a subject matter expert supporting discussions with internal stakeholders and external clients. Uses knowledge of Vanguard funds, products and services to identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationships
• Monitors the health of an assigned portion of the partnership portfolio using internal and external metrics
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

The Role

In this role you will

• Works with client coverage teams to deploy partner offer features into arrangements with specific current or prospective partners

• Facilitates cross-team connections to address gaps in processes or services for partners that are not clearly owned by a single team

• Serves as a subject matter expert supporting discussions with internal stakeholders and external clients. Uses knowledge of Vanguard funds, products and services to identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationships

• Monitors the health of an assigned portion of the partnership portfolio using internal and external metrics

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

What it takes

• Proven track record of related work experience. Three years in client-facing, proposition development and/or strategy roles in financial services preferred

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred

Special Factors

• Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position

• This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
