Business Tutor - Further Education
Location: Burton-upon-Trent, DE15
Contract: Full-Time, Long-term to Permanent
Pay: 170 - 210 Per Day

About The Role:
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality Business education and inspiring the next generation of professionals? We are seeking a dedicated Business Tutor to join a dynamic Further Education setting in Burton upon Trent. This role involves delivering engaging and industry-relevant instruction across a spectrum of Business and Enterprise programs, ranging from Level 2 to Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive Business curriculum content, ensuring alignment with qualification standards and learner needs.
Utilise innovative teaching methodologies to facilitate effective learning in areas such as leadership, management, marketing, and human resources.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.

What We're Looking For:
A relevant degree in Business or a related field.
Teaching/ tutor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Proven experience in delivering Business education at various levels.
Strong understanding of current industry practices and educational methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
