Who we are looking for:

SS&L are looking for a tutor who is committed to supporting learners to develop professional knowledge, skills and behaviours and gain qualifications that will help improve their lives and future prospects.

SS&L work across the South West, providing adult education, apprenticeships traineeships and learning opportunities for our local community.

Due to high demand and growth in our Schools, Business and Early Years curriculum teams, SS&L are looking for inspiring people to join our dedicated tutor team. This is an exciting new opportunity to help develop and grow two of our high performing sectors.

SS&L are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic tutor to help us develop and deliver a range of skills-based training and qualification courses, along with other non-regulated courses and workshops.

The work we do is inspiring and heart-warming. We are passionate about what we do, we are evolving fast, and we are building our Tutor teams to ensure we deliver quality and excellence in post-16 education to our local communities.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate how you are able to meet SS&L’s core values: Collaboration, growth, excellence and innovation
