Job description

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 38/45k, previous touring experience is a must, as well as sabre knowledge.


Business travel touring specialist duties

  1. Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
  2. Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre.
  3. Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role. Prioritise workload, delivering within given deadlines.
  4. Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met.
  5. Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Business travel touring specialist skills required

  1. Touring experience is a must.
  2. Sabre knowledge is a must.
  3. Happy if you are based anywhere in the UK.
  4. Hours of work can be 9am to 6pm, or if you prefer to start later and finish later this is not a problem.
