• Lead and oversee the end-to-end program/project delivery across multiple components, demonstrating extensive experience in managing interdependent teams.
• Must have a background in financial services, specifically within Cards, Payments, Risk, or Collections and Recoveries.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure, holding teams accountable for timelines and costs.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA is mandatory.
• Experience in providing change management and project management expertise.
• Extensive practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and managing sprints.
• Understand the interface between complex business needs and the legal/regulatory environment, especially within Financial Services.
