Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant with a proven track record of leading large-scale global reorganizations in a GBS Colleague Services and Payroll environment. The role focuses on transitioning from a regional-based organization to a process-driven structure while ensuring effective management of multiple workstreams.

Required skills / experience

1. Project Management Experience leading large global reorganizations in a GBS Colleagues Services and Payroll Environment (especially in moving from a regional based org to a process based org) - Mandatory
2. Expertise in leading a multifunctional project that includes not just the organizational aspects but also manages multiple workstreams that will deliver on Digital / AI improvements, vendor negotiations and other possibilities to deliver on efficiencies and cost savings.
3. Comfort in dealing with multiple stakeholders at all layers of the organization.
4. Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful stakeholder presentations and updates.
5. Project Management, Business Consulting, Change Management, Org redesign, Payroll Management, Digital/AI Improvements, Vendor negotiations, Stakeholder Management, Excellent PPT skills.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Experience in integrating digital and AI technologies into organizational processes.
2. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification.
