A leading banking client is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join a newly expanding team in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Milton Keynes. The role focuses on defining Business Cases, managing transformation initiatives, and engaging with senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week on site. Job description

Hybrid Working - Edinburgh, Glasgow, OR Milton Keynes - 3 days a week on site.

Lorien's leading banking client is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join a newly expanding team. This role involves supporting the Division of Strategic Planning on a long-term transformation project that will be under NDA.

This position will focus on defining and developing Business Cases and implementation plans, working with project governance and stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives. The role includes proactively monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying risks and issues, tracking project costs, and confirming benefits and KPIs.

Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Milton Keynes.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, 3 days a week on site.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience with full end-to-end planning, consultation, and implementation of Business Transformation strategies.
  • Experience managing strategic implementation as it develops, overseeing transformation programs.
  • Experience managing transformation initiatives, including KPIs.
  • Proven ability to deal with internal and senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Coordinate risk and compliance activities across multi-year transformation initiatives, from inception to delivery, monitoring progress, and managing overlaps and conflicts.
  • Establish clear project governance to enable progress, identify, and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate regular steering committees, workstreams, and workshops to track and measure value generated by the transformation.
  • Support the Enterprise Risk and Risk Infrastructure teams by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Manage complex multi-year transformation schedules using strong business analyst skills, ensuring a well-governed planning function.
