Our client, a forward-thinking organization undergoing a major digital transformation, is seeking a Business Training & Communication Specialist to lead the charge in empowering their teams with SAP S4 Hana and Ariba Guided Buying.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, user-friendly training programs for SAP S4 Hana
• Create top-notch learning materials – manuals, presentations, and interactive e-learning modules
• Lead hands-on workshops, webinars, and seminars for users at all levels
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote awareness and adoption
• Act as a trusted advisor and Super User, providing ongoing support and expertise
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience developing and delivering SAP S4 Hana/ECC and Ariba Guided Buying training
• Background as a Super User or SAP Trainer, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proven ability to create engaging learning content, including workshops and digital modules
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Education, or related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana/ECC and Ariba Guided Buying
• Track record of driving adoption through effective training and communication
• Bonus: familiarity with other ERP systems
