A leading insurance company in Manchester seeks a Business Trainer to enhance the skills of Claims Handlers. This role focuses on designing engaging training solutions that drive operational performance and team capability. As a Business Trainer in Commercial Claims, you will play a key role in equipping Claims Handlers and support teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Your focus will be on delivering effective training solutions that support team capability, operational performance, and business outcomes.
You’ll use your technical and functional knowledge, particularly within Commercial and Complex Claims, to design and deliver engaging training across face-to-face and flexible working models. Guidewire Claims platform knowledge is preferred, and prior experience within commercial claims is highly beneficial.
You’ll work closely with Operational Control, L&D, Technical Claims Consultants, and Team Leaders to identify and deliver targeted training needs. You’ll also support learning through coaching, facilitation, and digital tools, ensuring teams make the best use of available resources. Partnering with leaders, you’ll interpret learning needs analysis and assessment outputs, driving continuous development in technical knowledge and performance.
