Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Lead Enterprise Architect to design and govern business and technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders to align architecture with strategic objectives and translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions.

You will provide architecture guidance across change initiatives, assess organisational impact, apply governance and standards, and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial services environments, regulated environments, or related consulting is highly desirable.
• Solution architecture across applications, data, integration and cloud platforms.
• Enterprise Architecture governance and standards.
• Cloud experience, ideally Microsoft Azure, and modern technology architecture.
• TOGAF, Agile and DevOps delivery practices preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business and technology challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills with confidence to engage and challenge at all levels.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear architecture artefacts, presentations, decision papers, and visual models

Requirements

• Experience within financial services, insurance, pensions, investment management, or consulting in regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Solution Architecture covering application, data, integration and cloud platforms
• Enterprise Architecture Governance and Standards
• Cloud (Ideally), Microsoft Azure and Modern Technology Architecture experience
• TOGAF, Agile and DevOps Delivery Practices preferable
