Business Studies Teacher Required - Secondary School in Lambeth - January 2025 Start

A forward-thinking secondary school in Lambeth is seeking an enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join their Business and Economics department.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2025.

The Role:

The successful candidate will teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum to develop students' understanding of business principles.
2. Creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
3. Assessing student progress, providing feedback, and applying differentiated strategies for diverse learners.
4. Using various resources, including case studies and simulations, to enhance learning.
5. Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

1. A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
3. Strong understanding of KS4 and KS5 Business Studies curricula.
4. Excellent subject knowledge and passion for business education.
5. Strong classroom management skills and ability to foster an inclusive environment.
