The Opportunity: As our Business Teacher you will be part of a friendly team and play a key role in inspiring and preparing the next generation of business professionals. By embedding industry standards and real-world practices into your teaching you will build our students\' knowledge and equip them with essential employability skills. You will design and adapt creative teaching resources to cater to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring every learner can engage with and succeed in their studies. Staying up to date with developments in T Level frameworks, particularly in Legal, will enable you to deliver a cutting-edge curriculum that reflects industry demands. Assessing and supporting students\' progress will be a core part of your role, helping each learner reach their full potential and prepare for exams and workplace assessments. You will collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to create a rich learning environment and have opportunities for professional development to enhance your subject expertise and teaching techniques. About You: You will be a dynamic and passionate educator with a strong understanding of law, risk management, and compliance. Whether you are already a qualified teacher or willing to work towards a teaching qualification, your experience in further education, training, or industry-led teaching will support our students\' success. You will take a student-centred approach, creating innovative learning materials for a diverse range of learners to help them excel in exams and workplace assessments and progress to higher education and employment opportunities.
