Job description

Teaching Personnel is excited to support secondary schools across Kent in recruiting a passionate and experienced Business Studies Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and deliver engaging lessons covering business theory, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Business Studies lessons that engage students across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

• Prepare and deliver effective lessons covering the Business Studies curriculum.

• Develop students’ understanding of key business concepts and practical applications.

• Assess and monitor student progress in line with school and exam board requirements.

• Support students in exam preparation and coursework.

• Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular business activities.

• Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) with UK QTS is essential.

• Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level, including GCSE and A-Level.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel).
