Business Tax Manager - QBE

£75,000 plus Excellent benefits

East London / Hybrid working

Our client is a well-established and leading Top 20 tax consultancy with ambitious plans to grow. They are now looking for a Business Tax Manager to join their busy team based in East London. This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional with deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a passion for keeping up to date with UK and international tax legislation.

The successful candidate will:

1. Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters.
2. Support advisory projects.
3. Contribute to the development of internal tax policies and training materials.

In addition, they will:

• Research and interpret tax legislation, case law, and HMRC guidance to advise on compliance and strategic tax planning.
• Draft technical tax reports, policy documents, and client communications.
• Support internal teams and clients with tax risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and communicate changes in tax legislation and their impact on the business and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional tax qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT, or equivalent) and have strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation; experience with international tax matters is an advantage.
