Our client, a highly successful and forward-thinking organisation with operations spanning the UK and Europe, is seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst to help shape the next phase of their digital journey.

This is a varied and hands-on position that combines data analytics, business systems support, and process improvement. You'll work at the heart of the business, transforming raw data into meaningful insights and helping colleagues make better, faster decisions.

You'll also play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's core business systems, ensuring they continue to evolve in line with the company's growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable insights across the business.

• Partner with senior management to improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision-making capability.

• Support ongoing system development, integrations, and upgrades - ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

• Troubleshoot issues across ERP and related platforms, liaising with third-party vendors when required.

• Deliver user training and guidance, ensuring teams can effectively use data tools and systems.

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline workflows across departments.

• Previous experience (2+ years) in a data, reporting, or IT systems role.

• Qualification in IT, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (degree or equivalent experience).
