Our community is a special place to work and study, where individuals motivated to make a difference can contribute and succeed.

Our DRIVE values—being dynamic, responsible, inclusive, visionary, and empowering—are central to all our activities. We are dedicated to providing an excellent experience for our learners and outstanding service to our partners and colleagues. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments required.

The Business System Manager is responsible for managing and delivering a suite of business systems supporting areas such as Finance, Payroll, HR, Academic Registry, and Work Placement. You will work in partnership with system and stakeholder owners to ensure systems are managed and maintained in line with business needs and priorities. The role includes managing and supporting key systems as part of the Nexus programme, monitoring, reporting, and resolving issues, and motivating the team to deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, you will provide project management and support for implementing new systems, liaising with business/stakeholder owners, partners, suppliers, and user groups.
