  • Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to align system capabilities with business strategy
  • Scoping, designing, and implementing new software solutions to streamline operations and support growth
  • Delivering training and ongoing support to ensure teams are confident and efficient in system use
  • Providing insights and analysis that inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Leading digital transformation projects that modernise workflows and increase efficiency
  • Acting as the key liaison with software vendors, consultants, and external support partners

You’ll benefit from:

  • Private healthcare and access to a Health & Wellbeing support scheme (EAP)
  • Discretionary bonus scheme and life assurance (3x salary)
  • Extra paid leave and holiday buy/sell scheme
  • £250 referral bonus for successful hires
  • Free eye tests
  • Free on-site parking
  • Monthly appreciation treats

As the Business Systems Manager, your skills and experience will include:

  • A strong understanding of manufacturing business systems, especially ERP (IFS or Priority experience desirable)
  • Proven ERP project leadership experience, from improvement to full implementation
  • Familiarity with business process mapping, continuous improvement and systems integration
  • Knowledge of manufacturing data structures (BoMs, routings, phantom parts), MRP, and master scheduling
  • Understanding of BI reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL-based data reporting

If you’re a structured, systems-savvy leader looking to drive meaningful change in a business that values innovation and precision, we’re keen to hear from you. For more information, apply to this Business Systems Manager advert or call Amber at Rubicon and she’ll talk you through the details.
