The Role

This is a hands-on role for a highly organised Business Systems Manager who can hit the ground running on a project already in motion. You’ll work closely with third-party developers to ensure seamless system integrations, process improvements, and technical optimisations—all while keeping business objectives at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage business systems, ensuring smooth performance and scalability.
• Integrate applications to improve functionality and optimise data flow.
• Drive process improvements to enhance system efficiency and business operations.
• Provide user support and training to ensure effective system adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance, conducting audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, understanding their needs and translating them into system solutions.
• Manage relationships with third-party tech teams, ensuring projects stay on track.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in the insurance sector, ideally in broker or commercial lines.
• Technical mindset, with experience managing and optimising business systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work at pace.
• Understanding of policy-level insurance concepts (aggregators, policy structures, regulations).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex systems into clear business insights.
• Exposure to change management and system transitions.
• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
