We are seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to revolutionize how marketing and sales teams leverage technology to achieve their goals. As a key contributor to the Lead-to-Opportunity process, you will design innovative solutions in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud to enhance lead generation, accelerate opportunity creation, and deliver data-driven insights, enabling a high-performing marketing and sales ecosystem. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability for global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Acts as primary resource for tools within the GTM tech stack, working collaboratively across multiple functional areas from conception to implementation of business system changes.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to customize and create solutions that support overall business strategies, including creating custom fields, workflows, and automations. Identifies business requirements and translates into detailed technical system requirements.
- Designs and optimizes contact lifecycle stage management processes and lead management processes, including lead scoring, and routing, within all associated GTM stack tools.
- Analyze and optimize existing Marketing-to-Lead-to-Opportunity workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead initiatives to integrate Lead-to-Opportunity workflows with Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment.
- Partner with the marketing team to design, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Use A/B testing and multivariate analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Recommend changes to targeting, creative, and channel strategies based on data.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and routing.
- Implement AI-driven lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Collaborate on marketing automation tool integrations (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business objectives.
- Translate business goals into actionable data requirements and insights.
- Build insightful dashboards to track marketing campaign ROI, lead conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and QTC efficiency.
- Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience on the Salesforce platform
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Marketing Automation tools.
- Deep knowledge and experience in implementing Marketing Processes, Sales Processes, and Pipeline management such as Campaign Management, Lead management, account management, opportunity management, Territory Management, Quote & Forecasting, etc.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, validation rules, etc.
- Strong Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectives
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and listening
- Fair, objective, and data-driven in decision making
- Experience with Salesforce managed packages
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud Specialist, CPQ Specialist).
- Familiarity with Tableau CRM, AI-driven marketing tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong functional knowledge of CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), asset-based ordering, and global customer management.
