Business Systems Analyst - Environmental Services - Up to £55k

My client operates in the environmental services sector and is preparing for a full ERP transformation. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong skills in Dynamics Business Central to enhance services and streamline processes within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Business Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide ongoing support for Dynamics Business Central and other applications such as D365 Sales, CE Service, Field Service, and Power BI.
2. Deliver training sessions on Dynamics Business Central and its integrated applications to ensure end-user confidence and proficiency.
3. Liaise with third-party providers to escalate and resolve complex issues beyond in-house capabilities.
4. Support integrated tools like Dime Scheduler, Continia Document Capture, and Jet Reports.
5. Oversee system administration and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
7. Make minor modifications and develop custom Power BI reports and Jet reports.

Key Requirements:

1. Previous experience working with Dynamics Business Central in support or development roles.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on expertise in resolving system issues.
