Business Systems Analyst - Chippenham (hybrid) - £45,000 - £50,000

I'm seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a leading and forward-thinking organisation committed to leveraging technology to streamline and enhance the way the business approaches and uses their software applications. You will be liaising with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements for new and existing systems, identifying areas of improvement to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify and document business requirements.
2. Analyse and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
3. Design, implement, and support solutions tailored to meet business objectives.
4. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
5. Develop detailed documentation, including process workflows, system specifications, and user guides.
6. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support for Dynamics 365 and related finance systems.
7. Provide training and guidance to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
8. Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will have:

• A strong background of various business systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering and change management.
• Experience in finance systems.
• Ideally a finance/accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc).
