Opportunity: Business Systems & Transformation Analyst

Chroma is working exclusively with a high-end, market-leading design company on an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems & Transformation Analyst to join their team! Offering a salary of up to £40K and 5 days a week in the office near Stretford, this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a growing and forward-thinking company!

As a Business Systems & Transformation Analyst, you'll help lead the improvement and upgrade of the main business systems. You'll work closely with the business to replace old systems and streamline processes, helping to build a more connected and modern tech environment.

You’ll identify opportunities, coordinate transformation projects, and ensure that new systems and tools truly make a difference. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how the business works—now and into the future!

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Business Analysis, Product Owner or Business Transformation role
• Strong experience with business systems (e.g., CRM, workflow automation, client portals)
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience with Power BI, Asana/Jira, Power Automate
• SaaS platforms or other diverse business solutions
• Exposure to low-code platforms
