Role: Business Systems - Application Support - Analyst
Location: Norwich - On-site
Salary: £36,000 - £44,000

I am working with a well-known Not for Profit / Tech for good organisation to find an experienced Application Support / Business Systems Analyst to join their established team based on the outskirts of Norwich.

You will have a proven track record in:

Analysis and Support of a range of key business systems
Investigate user issues
Work with internal and external partners on required changes / fixes
Updating and maintaining Documentation

Technical skills required:

SQL Scripting
Interpretation of error logs / messages
ITIL processes
Finance / HR systems knowledge
