We are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join us within our Front Office Technology team. This new role will require previous in-depth experience working within ESG Regulatory area within the Asset Management industry

How you'll spend your time...

  • Working with the various stakeholders within the Asset management business on ESG & other Regulatory changes to optimise, enable and drive workstream delivery.

  • Working with the Architecture team on designing innovative, effective and scalable approaches to tackle changes with specific emphasis on re-usability and automation.

  • Reviewing and creating data flows, applying data management concepts and performing extensive data analysis where required.

  • Deriving detailed technical mapping specification from high level business requirements, map out appropriate Epics and User Stories to support delivery.

  • Day to Day support to Investments and Compliance teams

  • Liaise with Technical Delivery teams throughout the change lifecycle and manage relationships

  • To be successful in this role you will have...

  • Extensive experience working on ESG related regulatory programmes within Technology in an Investment Management organisation is highly desirable.

  • Strong Knowledge of Asset Management Front Office Business, especially portfolio management and compliance

  • Extensive experience working with ESG and Front office Data

  • Experience in interacting with Investments, Risk and Compliance teams

  • Sound knowledge of the various compliance related processes associated with asset management

  • Strong knowledge of various documentation templates, using recognised tools and techniques.

  • Experience of Agile/iterative delivery creation of EPICs/Jiras for the business cases

  • Experience working with a global team

  • Strong data analysis and SQL skills

  • Exposure to creating workflows and data flows

  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently in a high-pressure, time-critical environment with competing priorities
