A long-standing family business with a good footprint across the North West, Midlands, Wales, and further afield is looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator ASAP.
This role will suit someone who is looking to broaden their skills into more all-round commercial activities. You will need to be highly organized, a good communicator, able to multitask, have good systems and computer skills, have a good work ethic, and possess a good telephone manner when dealing with key clients.
You will be a key support network for members of a busy sales team, managing reports, updating systems, ensuring all information is correct, managing sub-contracted work and enquiries from new/existing brokers, analyzing data for increasing and reducing services, processing administrative data, dealing with termination processes, and resolving any queries to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved. You will be the go-to person for all business support matters.
