Location: This role offers flexibility to work from any of our offices at Yeovil, Bridgwater, Shepton Mallet or Taunton, depending on business need. Travel between office locations may occasionally be required.

Our Regulatory and Environmental Health Support Team plays a vital role in helping residents, businesses and communities access key council services. The team supports a wide range of environmental health and licensing functions, helping to keep Somerset safe, compliant and well‑managed.
As an Environmental Health Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of service delivery, helping customers navigate enquiries, applications and service requests while providing specialist administrative and technical support. Working within a friendly, knowledgeable team, you'll use your problem‑solving skills to manage a varied caseload, provide advice and coordinate information that supports essential regulatory services across Somerset.
