A local council in Trafford is seeking a part-time Business Support Officer in Property Management. Business Support Officer (Property Management)
Location: Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH. The role is hybrid, with some working from locations across the Borough and from home.
Salary: £25,989 - £28,142 per annum (pro rata for part-time). Working pattern: part-time, 25 hours a week, 09:30 to 14:30 Monday to Friday, with flexible working.
Contract type: Permanent. Application deadline: 12th October 2025.
About the Role
We are seeking a property management business support officer to work as part of the Estates team, helping the Council manage its increasing portfolio of residential properties. You will assist with day-to-day handling of residential property management and maintenance enquiries, supporting tenants, and reporting to the Property Management Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience dealing with diverse communities, and understanding their unique needs. You will be self-motivated, with excellent organisational and administration skills, ensuring the smooth operation of processes to maintain compliance and deliver excellent customer service.
