Salary range: £26,873 - £28,770 per annum
Work location: Oxford CSS, Awgar Stone Road, Horspath Driftway, Oxford / Remote
Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

As a Business Support Officer with Adult Social Care, you will be central in providing support and assistance by undertaking a variety of interesting administration tasks to deliver customer-focused services that improve the lives of people supported by Adult Social Care.
About the role
Your role will be crucial in supporting teams to provide consistent services to people using Adult Social Care. These posts will provide a high-quality service to ensure contacts with ASC are handled using a strengths-based approach, maximising community support options.
As a Business Support Officer, you will handle telephone queries directed towards localities regarding support and signposting, as well as undertake duties such as booking respite care, transportation arrangements, and other support tasks. About you
We are looking for someone organized, attentive to detail, able to work calmly under pressure, and with good IT skills. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team. Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and previous administrative experience are essential. You must handle sensitive and confidential information empathetically.
