At Milbanke, we pride ourselves on delivering person-centred, safe, and effective care that celebrates the well-being and quality of life of our residents. We are one of 16 care homes managed by Lancashire County Council and offer quality, safe, comfortable care and support for up to 47 elderly residents with a range of needs - who call Milbanke their home.
As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Registered Care Manager and our wider care team in their day-to-day duties. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a fast-paced Business Support function.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will maintain high data quality and support our wider care team. As the first point of contact for service users and partners, you will provide a friendly and professional service, directly impacting the quality of care and creating a welcoming environment for our residents.
