We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team! Our team ensures timely payment of over 35,000 invoices per year to support the operational teams within the service and ensure repairs and maintenance works are completed for their many customers throughout our community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As aBusiness Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Accurately preparing and processing invoices for payment
  • Inputting and retrieving data using a range of software systems
  • Investigating and resolving payment queries
  • Supporting the Purchasing Office Manager and wider service teams to meet operational priorities

This is a finance-focused role where precision, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are key. You’ll need to respond quickly to daily service requests while also managing regular tasks with routine deadlines.
