Salary: £23,722 (based 35 hours per week)

Peterhouse School is looking for an organised, proactive and highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our school office team and play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of the school. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and people, and who takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient and high-quality administrative support. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, teachers, support staff, families and external agencies, helping to ensure that the school’s business and administrative systems operate effectively.
As Business Support Officer, you will have responsibility for a wide range of administrative and data-related functions across the school. You will be the key administrator for the school's management information systems and other software packages, supporting staff with system access, basic troubleshooting and training.
You will maintain accurate pupil and staff records, monitor attendance data, produce reports and support the Senior Leadership Team with information required for governors, Ofsted, Local Authorities and other external organisations.
