Job responsibilities
Purpose
- Undertake administrative tasks to support operations and ensure smooth running of the business
- Contribute to the continuous improvement processes
Core responsibilities
- Undertake administrative tasks e.g. data entry, room and appointment booking, phoning clients, supporting service delivery
- Ensure team members have the support, resources and equipment they require to successfully deliver services
- Support measurement of performance against standards
- Collate information for internal and external monitoring
- Support the smooth running of the office
- Support the development and use of data systems, e.g. online data dashboard
- Support/cover for other team members when required
- Access supervision via regular meetings and appraisals
- Committed to continuing professional development, gaining wider experience and expertise through training and support
Person Specification
Experience
Essential
- Ability to manage a diverse day to day workload
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Motivated to use IT to improve service delivery and monitoring
Desirable
- Experience in business administration
- An understanding of neurodiversity
- Experience communicating with parents and/ or educational settings
Qualifications
Essential
- Level 2 (GCSE) in English and Maths
Desirable
- Level 3 qualification or relevant experience
