The Post

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator within Business Support to provide a full range of confidential administrative and support services.

The Candidate

You must be a team player and able to co-ordinate your work efficiently and effectively within a larger group structure. You must have the confidence to act on your own initiative particularly when dealing with confidential administrative duties and enquiries on behalf of the wider team. Excellent people skills are essential as the applicant will communicate widely with staff/public/Contractors and stakeholders throughout Scotland and colleagues in the wider NSS as well Minute taking experience is also essential.

Location and Working Pattern
  • Gyle Square, Edinburgh.
  • Currently hybrid working.
  • Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
  • It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
