The team, led by Assistant Director Paul Dawson, plays a key role in leveraging Homes England’s development expertise by unlocking some of the most complex and challenging projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team with the coordination of project forecasts and monitoring of financial headroom.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support, helping to streamline procedures and improve team effectiveness.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated support across the organisation.
Person Specification

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.

You should be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, always seeking ways to improve and innovate. A keen interest in working with data or developing data skills is essential. You should enjoy finding creative solutions to support the team, be resilient, and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level. Working in an engaging, collaborative, and inclusive manner is important, as is the ability to work effectively with multiple data sources and support colleagues.

  • Professional development opportunities, including paid professional memberships.
  • Family-friendly benefits such as maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave.
