Are you passionate about data and excited about making a meaningful impact within a national organisation with a social purpose? Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our Southern Land Acquisitions Team.
The team, led by Assistant Director Paul Dawson, plays a key role in leveraging Homes England’s development expertise by unlocking some of the most complex and challenging projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of these projects and help shape the future of our organisation.
The role involves the use, maintenance, and analysis of data, delivering key insights to the South Team and the wider Acquisitions Team. You will work with a range of stakeholders and partners across the South East and South West of England, with some office and site travel required.
We are looking for someone who:
You should be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, always seeking ways to improve and innovate. A keen interest in working with data or developing data skills is essential. You should enjoy finding creative solutions to support the team, be resilient, and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level. Working in an engaging, collaborative, and inclusive manner is important, as is the ability to work effectively with multiple data sources and support colleagues.
