A leading health and social care provider is seeking an Administrative Support professional in Leatherhead. You will provide high-quality administrative support within the Chief Operating Directorate, managing documentation for meetings and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diary management and report preparation. This role offers a chance to work in an impactful environment supporting mental health services.
The post holder will work within the Chief Operating Directorate supporting the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Partnership Operations Director for Mindworks, and the Chief Operating Officer as required. They will be responsible for providing high-quality, confidential, and efficient business and administrative support in a timely and professional manner. The post holder will support their teams in managing internal and external relationships and in achieving their objectives, enabling effective leadership of the organisation. They will be a key team member ensuring the smooth running of the Chief Operating Officer Directorate.
