Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the corporate and financial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to tailor solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate client’s requirements and organise and conduct customer surveys and analyse the results.
  • Compile sales figures and submit the analysis reports to the board members with recommendations.
  • Study competitors pricing through both primary and secondary market research.
  • Recruit and train junior staff.
Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in business and/or marketing-related subject.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
