Since our founding in 2009,Hilldale Housing Association (Hilldale)has grown from providing specialist accommodation in Wigan to supporting over 1,000 people across58 local authorities. As a registered provider since 2013, we specialise in bespoke housing solutions for individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Business Support Officer, this is a brand new role so you will have a real opportunity to shape the role. You will report to and support our Head of Property and Development in their role to manage our existing properties and grow Hilldale to provide more homes to customers who need additional support.
You will be a key part of our team co-ordinating key projects, providing support within the business and working with external stakeholders including our tenants and our investors.
This is a flexible,agile working rolethat allows you to work3 days remotelyand2 days in our Salford office, giving you the perfect balance of autonomy and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
·Ensure that regulatory and funder returns are completed ahead of time and to a consistently high standard.
·Support the Senior Leadership Team to provide the Hilldale Board with real time updates across performance and key priorities including risk management and business strategies.
·Support the development and delivery of improved systems which improve our service delivery, performance and satisfaction.
·Support the development and delivery of a brand and communications strategy and manage in-bound communication through our online platforms.
·Be our business Lead on Data Protection and compliance with relevant protection laws by working across the business with others to ensure responsibilities are understood and best practises are in place.

What We’re Looking For:
Someone with the passion and expertise to make a difference. Our ideal candidate will bring:
·Previous experience of working within an administration role that supports governance, strategic project and continuous improvement activities
·Excellent administration and organisation skills.
·The ability to create and manage processes, providing guidance and support to others to ensure compliance
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to connect with people at all levels within the group and with external partners and customers.
·A high level of attention to detail, able to deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
·Strong Microsoft package skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
·The ability to operate a ‘self-led’ approach to work, using own intuition to achieve objectives.
·Experience of working for a Registered Social Housing Provider or Property/Landlord business is desirable but not essential.
