Are you an experienced Senior Business Support or Administration professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Support Officer to join our Children's Services Business Support service, providing support with invoicing, budget monitoring, training and purchasing to our Schools and Community Psychology Service (SCPS) and the SEND and Inclusion services.
You will be responsible for managing a small team of 3 Business Support Officers who provide various admin support such as inbox monitoring, meeting support and data entry for the above-mentioned teams. You will also have full staff responsibility, including supervision, mentoring, task allocations and onboarding of new staff members. You will work collaboratively with other teams and demonstrate flexibility by supporting other services as required to provide cover.
